"Ms. Stark is one of
the most capable, talented, and dedicated young theatre artists I have encountered in my two
decades as a professional actor, director, and theatre educator.
While I may get carried away praising Sarah’s artistic abilities, I cannot close without also
mentioning her personal warmth and gifts as a human being. She cares deeply, not only about
acting, but also her fellow actors. She is a warm and giving force, both within a company, and
at its helm. She does not take her craft lightly, nor does she take her fellow artists for granted.
The only thing Sarah seems to love more than the theatre itself are the people in it.
In closing, I am proud to unconditionally recommend Sarah Stark to you as a talented,
passionate, and infinitely-promising theatre artist. Her creativity, versatility, devoted
commitment, and personal warmth will make her a rare asset to any school, theatre, or project
lucky enough to get her."

Actor/Director/Executive Director/Professor
"Sarah is hard-working, dedicated actor. She does significant text work and research in preparation for all of her roles. I have directed her in three productions in which she was doubled into multiple roles, and she has been fully committed to creating distinct characters for each role. She is particularly thoughtful and precise in her physical work.
Sarah is an outstanding scene partner. I can always have confidence that she has done significant work outside of rehearsal and will bring new ideas to each rehearsal session. Her onstage work is backed up by in-depth consideration of technique, and in performance she strives to listen and be present to her partners."
