Stark Elite Runway is committed to producing high-quality, immersive, runway fashion shows providing opportunities to local artists in their cities with an impact expanding to a global level by interweaving international artists and industry professionals, breaking down barriers, and uniting artists. 

Talent is compensated based on relevant, professional experience and impact in their selected field. All talent positions are limited, reviewed, and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on individual show needs.  We welcome participants of any age, gender identity or expression, race, ethnicity, size, nationality, sexual orientation, ability level, neurotype, culture, and experience level. Please note we do not provide travel or lodging. Talent is responsible for their own transportation.

Casting occurs prior to shows and is announced via our socials, emails, and/or text. Stark Elite Runway casts in person, virtually, and via website form submissions. If you submit digitally, we will request video footage of your runway walk/performance reel or audition self-tape.
